What is Intersectional Feminism?

Intersectional feminism is a transformative political framework and value system that moves beyond a one size fits all approach to equality. It examines how overlapping social identities: race, class, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and more intersect to create unique experiences of both discrimination and privilege. Rooted in the pioneering work of legal scholar Kimberlé Crenshaw, its core values prioritize the voices of marginalized communities and seek to dismantle systemic structures like patriarchy, white supremacy, and capitalism that reinforce social hierarchies.

Our Story

On 23 April 2026, Turkey's National Sovereignty Day, Lara Dinçer made a decision. She'd spent years in the corporate world, doing work that served someone else's vision. She wanted meaning. She wanted her ideas to be heard. And she decided the most direct route was through what people wear every day. 

Feminist Manifesto was born from that choice: an activist clothing brand rooted in Istanbul, designed with intention, and built on the belief that fashion is never just fashion.
