Distant Sales Contract

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between Lara Dinçer, the owner of the website https://feministmanifesto.store/ (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), and the buyer whose information is given below ("Buyer").

The Buyer is the person who is a member of or places an order on the website https://feministmanifesto.store/. The address and contact information used during membership or ordering are taken as basis.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the Seller's website https://feministmanifesto.store/.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

- Product Name: Product/products specified during the order
- Product Code: Product code specified during the order
- Quantity: Quantity specified during the order
- Unit Price: Unit price specified during the order
- Subtotal: Subtotal specified during the order

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

4.1. The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer via a cargo company.
4.2. The delivery period is 3-7 business days from the confirmation of the order.
4.3. Delivery costs belong to the Buyer and are added to the order amount.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to himself or to the third person at the address indicated, without showing any reason and without paying any penal clause.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, notification must be made to the Seller by fax, telephone or e-mail within this period.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

6.1. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller completely and undamaged.
6.2. The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 10 days from the return of the product.

7. WARRANTY

7.1. The Seller guarantees that the products sold are not defective.
7.2. In case of defective goods, the Buyer may request the replacement of the goods, a refund of the price or a price reduction at the rate of the defect.

8. PRIVACY

8.1. Personal information provided by the Buyer within the scope of this Agreement will be kept confidential by the Seller and will not be shared with third parties.
8.2. This information will only be used for the fulfillment of the order and in cases required by law.

9. EFFECTIVENESS

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.

10. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In all disputes arising from this Agreement, Turkish Law shall be applied, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve the disputes.
